This is the one very special year, when the three Noyes girls walk the same halls of James Madison High School. Soon, the Noyes 3 will be dispersed, as Riley, senior, graduates this spring. Their mom had the brilliant idea of making photographs of the 3 with each in uniform before the season ended: Reese (with her euphonium) in marching band, Riley, the cheerleader, and Reagan, the volleyball player. It was more than tricky to find time to schedule this photoshoot during the busy fall season of Northern Virgina life. We were able to settle on a late autumn Friday afternoon as the sun was beginning to set, just hours before the crowds descended for the final game of the football season. I had such a fun time with these 3 talented girls on our very own JMHS football field, which we had completely to ourselves. It was quite chilly, with cold gusts of wind, but that gorgeous setting sun was the perfect backdrop. I loved getting to know this family and I love what we captured. A beautiful moment in time. These years are passing by so quickly . . .
